Whilst on holiday in Turkey, my son had a serious accident at the waterpark of the hotel we were staying in. There were no attendants patrolling at any of the rides. We were booked with Thomas Cook. Is there anything we can do?
You may well have a claim on behalf of your son (assuming he is under 18 years) against the provider of your holiday, in this case Thomas Cook, if you can show that the accident occurred as a result of negligence or a failure to take proper care.
