I was on a dance floor and glass went through my foot. I have been offered a payment, should I accept this?
Five weeks ago I was on a dance floor in a nightclub and glass went through my foot, damaging tendons and a nerve which had to be immediately operated on. I have still not had a return of feeling in the region of the nerve damage. I have been offered £4,700 by the nightclub and I need to know whether this is reasonable or not.
