I have carpal tunnel syndrome which my doctor believes is aggravated by my employment. Can I claim for this?
I have had two operations on my right hand due to carpal tunnel syndrome and fusion of stt joint of right thumb. My doctor says my job has aggravated my situation but my company has no health and safety or risk assessment in place. Can I claim for this?
Carpal tunnel syndrome can be constitutional and it is much more common in women than in men.
