I am a waitress and I slipped on a tomato on the floor of the kitchen. Can I make a claim?
I work as a waitress and walked into the kitchen to collect food for one of the tables that was waiting. I was carrying plates and slipped on a tomato on the floor. This caused me to fall and smash the plates and injure myself. Can I make a claim?
